The fee for a permit to install a pool over thirty-six (36) inches deep shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) plus additional charges as follows:

(h) | Zoning | $ 5.00 |
(i) | Commercial 3 percent OBBS fee | based on subtotal of pool fees |
