The fee for a permit to demolish a building or structure shall be thirty dollars ($30.00) per application plus an additional charge as follows:
(a) Residential garages/accessory structures (fixed rate) of $45 per structure
(b) All buildings or structures other than residential garages and accessory structures shall be $15 per 1,000 square feet or fraction thereof of the area of the building or structure to be demolished.
