1313.07 REQUESTED INSPECTION FEE.

The owner or his authorized agent may request an inspection be made of his premises for which no inspection fee has been otherwise prescribed by this chapter and such inspection is not otherwise required by this Building Code. A fee of forty-five dollars ($45.00) per hour shall be charged for such Building Code consultation.
