Effective on and after January 1, 2004, when plans are required to be submitted by the Building Code, the plan review fee shall be determined as follows:
Commercial Minimum of $150 (if plans are required to be submitted)
Residential Minimum fee of $100 for Habitable Areas
Flat fee of $50 for Non-Habitable Areas
Commercial and Residential plans examination fee shall be equal to 50 percent of the building permit fee.
