A permit shall not be issued until the fee prescribed therefor has been paid to the City Treasurer. The fee to be paid for a permit authorized by this Building Code shall be determined by the Manager of Inspection Services according to the schedule of fees as hereafter set forth, and shall be noted on the permit form.
