1301.01 OHIO BUILDING CODE ADOPTION.

   (a)    Adoption. The Ohio Building Code, 2017 Edition (cited as “OBC”) as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Division of Industrial Compliance, Ohio Department of Commerce, effective January 1, 2007, and as published in Chapters 4101:1-1 through 4101:1-35 of the Ohio Administrative Code (cited as “OAC”) is hereby adopted by The City of Springfield, Ohio.
