153.14 RECIPROCAL CERTIFICATION.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 153.06, the City shall accept MBE certification by the State of Ohio granted under Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123:2-15 as establishing qualification as MBE and/or DBE status for purposes of this Chapter 153 as of the date of the State of Ohio’s certification.
