1106.03 PROVISIONAL USES PERMITTED.
   A lot or building may be occupied by the following provisional uses:
   (a)   Accessory apartment, subject to the requirements of Chapter 1135.
   (b)   Religious institution, subject to the requirements of Chapter 1135.
