915.08 UNLICENSED SEWER TAPPING.

No house connections with sewers shall be made and no sewer shall be tapped except by a person having a license as hereinbefore provided, and all house connections with sewers, and all sewer tapping shall be done under and according to such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the City Manager.
