910.03 CITY MANAGER TO ASSIGN NUMBERS AND NOTIFY OWNERS OR LESSEES.
   The City Manager shall assign the proper number to each lot or building within the City in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and with the general plan or map of block numbers now on file in the office of such City Manager, which map is hereby made a part of this chapter and the City Manager shall from time to time cause detailed maps or other suitable records of buildings or lot numbers to be prepared and kept on file in his office. It shall be the duty of the City Manager to notify the owners or lessees of all buildings, upon any of the streets of the City, of the proper numbers of such buildings and to require such numbers to be affixed thereto.
