(a) Junk Vehicles. Whoever violates Section 452.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor, and shall also be assessed any costs incurred by the Municipality in disposing of such vehicle or abandoned junk motor vehicle, less any money accruing to the Municipality from such disposal. (ORC 4513.99(D))
(b) Parking on Private Property. Whoever violates Section 452.055(k) is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the third degree for a second or subsequent offense. (ORC 4511.99(F))
