452.17 PARKING IN EXCESS OF SEVENTY-TWO HOURS ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   (a)   No person who is the owner, agent, operator or other person in charge of a vehicle shall permit such vehicle to remain parked, standing or abandoned upon any street or public right of way for a continuous period longer than seventy-two hours.
   (b)   This section shall not be construed as affecting any other parking regulation now in effect or that may hereafter become effective, but shall be construed as an additional parking limitation. The purpose of this section is to prohibit continuous long-time parking and the storage of vehicles on Municipal streets. (Ord. 636. Passed 5-5-77.)
