(a) No person shall park any truck, trailer, house trailer, semitrailer, bus or tractor, which has more than two axles or a load capacity of more than one ton, on any public street or highway for more than one hour, unless:
(1) Actively loading or unloading;
(2) In case of emergency; or
(3) Such vehicle is being used by an employee of a governmental entity in the line of duty.
(b) No person shall park a trailer detached from a motor vehicle on any public street or highway in the Municipality. (Ord. 831. Passed 7-5-79.)
