There is hereby established, by and for the Municipality, the position of Law Director. The Law Director shall be employed by Council under contractual terms set forth in Section 232.02. No initial or renewal contract for the Law Director shall be for a term exceeding two (2) years. Council, in its discretion, may employ the Law Director for successive two (2) year terms.
