222.01 ACCOUNTING FOR FUNDS FOR PERFORMING MARRIAGES.

(a) All fees, compensation, donations, gifts and gratuities received by the Mayor for performing marriage ceremonies shall immediately be deposited with the Finance Director.

(b) All such funds are declared to be the property of the City.
