220.03 CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   The position of Clerk of Council is hereby established.
 
   (b)   The duties and salary of the Clerk of Council shall be established by Council. Benefits shall be as provided to all other full-time employees of the Municipality.
 
   (c)   The Clerk of Council shall receive reimbursement for expenses pursuant to the Employee Policy Manual. (Ord. 00-22. Passed 4-6-00.)
 
   (d)   The Clerk of Council shall be the Records Manager for the City pursuant to Ohio R.C. 149.39.
