The use of Village property is limited to Village employees, Council members and duly appointed committees or commissions established by the Charter or Council, so long as such groups are engaged in activities relating to Village business and have been approved by the Village Manager and Council. Exceptions to the above require the prior approval of the Village Manager and Council. (Res. 383. Passed 8-5-82.)
