1052.04 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The Authorized Enforcement Agency shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Authorized Enforcement Agency may delegate any powers or duties derived from this chapter to any entity acting in the beneficial interest of or under contract with the City of Springboro.
