Council for the City has created a Mayor's Court. A Municipal Court may be established by the affirmative vote of five (5) of the members elected to Council. The Court shall be established in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code. The Council may, by the affirmative vote of five (5) of its members, at any time it determines it to be in the best interest of the City, terminate the Mayor's Court and choose any other alternative available to the City.
