SECTION 8.08 Annual Appropriation Ordinance.

Prior to the end of each year, the Council shall adopt the appropriation ordinance of the City for the ensuing fiscal year. Appropriation measures shall be classified so as to set forth separately the amounts appropriated for each fund.
