Upon notification by the County Budget Commission and the certificate of the County Auditor as to the amounts required from general property tax approved by the Budget Commission and County Auditor's estimated tax rates, the Council shall pass and certify to the County Auditor a resolution, accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the County Budget Commission as required by the general law.
