Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the purposes specified in Section 881.012 shall be allocated to the General Fund. Moneys derived from the tax imposed by this chapter for the sole purpose of providing funds for capital improvements shall be allocated to the Income Tax Fund. Funds may be transferred from the Income Tax Fund to other capital improvement funds as approved each year by Council through the budget and annual appropriation ordinance.
