1620.05 ACCUMULATION OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS; FIREPROOF RECEPTACLES.

No person shall cause or permit waste paper, ashes, oil rags, waste rags, excelsior or any material of a similar hazardous nature to accumulate in a cellar or in any other portion of a building of any kind. Proper fireproof receptacles shall be provided for such hazardous materials. (1977 Code Sec. 35.20)
