1474.01 DESIGNATION.
   All buildings located in the City’s “Downtown Historic Preservation District” as such district is defined in Chapter 1229, which are designated “contributing structures” or are at least seventy-five years old and which have historical or architectural significance, and all buildings elsewhere in the City which are designated by the City as “Historic Landmarks” or are on the “National Register of Historic Places”, are hereby designated as “Historical Structures” for the purpose of receiving special consideration under the OBBC.
