As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Lot" has the same meaning as defined in Part Twelve - Planning and Zoning Code of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Springboro, Ohio.
(b) "Outdoor television antenna, conventional or dish-type" means any outdoor television antenna designed to aid in the reception or transmission of electromagnetic waves.
(c) "Outdoor ham radio antenna" means any outdoor tower and antenna designed to aid in the reception or transmission of radio waves.
