(a) The installation and operation of vending machines, refrigeration units, heating elements (such as coffee pots, etc.) and other similar machines are hereby declared to be a benefit to the residents and employees of the Municipality. The Manager is hereby authorized to permit such installation and operation to occur in public buildings owned and operated by the Municipality.
(b) The Manager is hereby authorized to enter into such contracts as are necessary to accomplish the objectives of this section.
(c) The Manager is hereby authorized to set such fees for such installation and operation as he or she deems appropriate. (Ord. 866. Passed 1-3-80.)
