1464.03 INSPECTION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS; BILLING.

The Director of Finance shall bill all developers for necessary inspections incident to the construction of streets, sidewalks, storm sewers, utilities and grading, as set forth in Section 1464.05 of Chapter 1464 of the Codified Ordinances for each hour or part thereof in which inspection services are provided.
