1464.01 AUTHORITY OF CITY DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING INSPECTION.
   (a)   The City Building Department is hereby authorized to administer the inspection of all dwellings, buildings and structures in the City.
   (b)   Building inspection fees or permit fees for inspections performed by the Department shall be paid to the Director of Finance.
