1444.05 RECOVERY OF DEMOLITION AND REMOVAL COSTS.
   All charges, costs and expenses arising out of or connected with the demolition and removal of any insecure building, dwelling or structure pursuant to this chapter shall be paid by the owner of the premises upon which any such building, dwelling or structure is situated, within ninety days after the demolition or removal thereof, as provided in this chapter, and if not paid within such ninety-day period, such charges, costs and expenses shall be certified to the County Auditor, at which time the lien shall vest, and the Auditor shall place the same on the tax duplicate of the County, with the interest and penalties allowed by law, to be collected as other taxes. The remedy provided for in this section shall be in addition to the penalty provided in Section 1444.99.
