The City of Springboro hereby adopts, in their entirety and as fully as if set forth verbatim herein, each of the following codes:
(a) The Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two, and Three-Family Dwellings being particularly the most current edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards as published in the Ohio Administrative Code.
(b) The Ohio Building Code being particularly the most current edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, Department of Industrial Relations, as published in the Ohio Administrative Code save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
(c) The 2000 International Property Maintenance Code, as published by the International Code Council, Inc., (hereinafter called “the Property Maintenance Code”). (Ord. 0-19-2. Passed 1-3-19.)
