1292.01 INTERPRETATION OF TERMS AND WORDS.

(a) For the purposes of these regulations, certain numbers, abbreviations, terms and words shall be used, interpreted, and defined as set forth in Chapter 1242.

(b) Unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary, words used in the present tense include the future tense and words used in the plural include the singular.
