(a) Criteria for Approval. At a formal Planning Commission meeting, the Planning Commission may approve a site plan or modified site plan only upon a finding that all applicable conditions set forth in Section 1284.08 have been met.
(b) Conditional Approval. The Commission may grant approval of a site plan or modified site plan subject to conditions which it shall specify. Upon satisfaction of such conditions, as determined by the Zoning Inspector, approval shall be granted. Such approval shall be endorsed on all copies of the site plan or modified site plan and one copy shall be returned to the applicant.
(c) Filing of Record Copies. Upon approval by the Commission, a copy of the finalized site plan and narrative attachments shall be retained by the City. The Inspector shall endorse such copies indicating final approval. One copy shall be filed in the Manager's office, one copy shall be retained by the Inspector and one copy shall be filed with the Planning Director.
