1277.12 PENALTIES.

(b) The City Zoning Inspector and/or the City Building Inspector shall have the right to issue and enforce a "Stop Work" order to any and all perceived violators of this chapter, a violation of which shall also be construed as a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(c) Each improper installation of a separate WECS unit shall constitute a separate offense.
