1274.02 SPECIAL REGULATIONS FOR COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND UTILITY USES.

All building permits for utilities and commercial and industrial uses will be granted only after a written environmental impact statement is filed defining what pollution will be released to the environment and how it will be controlled in accordance with the laws, rules, and regulations promulgated by the State and its agencies.
