1262.07 NUMBER OF PRINCIPAL STRUCTURES PER LOT.

In any district, except an R-1 District; more than one structure housing a permitted or permissible principal use may be erected on a single lot, provided that side and rear yard and other requirements of this Zoning Ordinance are met for each structure as though it were on an individual lot.
