1240.06 ADMINISTRATION.
   (a)   The Planning Director of the City of Springboro shall have the responsibility for the uniform administration and enforcement of these Regulations, with the approval of the Planning Commission. The Planning Director shall maintain all records, Standard Construction Drawings and Specifications associated with the administration of these regulations. The Planning Commission shall make recommendations to City Council on the zoning of property, rezonings, plats, and amendments to the Subdivision Regulations which would further the purposes of these Regulations.
 
   (b)   The design criteria outlined in this ordinance are not intended to cover extraordinary situations. Deviations may be allowed and may be required in those instances when considered justified by the City Engineer.
