1240.04 AUTHORITY.

The Planning Commission is vested with the authority to review, approve, conditionally approve and disapprove applications for the subdivision of land, including concept, preliminary and final plans. The Planning Commission may grant variances from these regulations pursuant to the provisions of this ordinance.
