1230.09 REGULATION OF MINOR CHANGES; CERTIFICATES OF APPROPRIATENESS.

The ARB may delegate to its staff the authority to issue Certificates of Appropriateness for minor changes as defined in this chapter. The ARB shall provide to staff written guidelines for issuing Certificate of Appropriateness under this section.
