The Mobility Master Plan, as prepared by Woolpert LLP and dated November, 2001, and as it may be subsequently amended by ordinance or resolution of the City Council, is hereby incorporated into this Chapter 1226 by reference, and shall have such legal effect as if fully restated herein.
