1062.01 OPEN CONTAINERS; FILTHY ACCUMULATIONS.

Fermenting, putrefying or odoriferous garbage or other refuse in open containers or dumped in the open, or trash allowed to accumulate on any property in the Municipality, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the person responsible for such nuisance shall be liable to the penalty prescribed in Section 1062.99. (Ord. 552. Passed 5-6-76.)
