1050.02 AUTHORITY.

The Storm Water Management Utility shall have authority to administer and enforce the SWMP together with any amendments which may from time to time be made, and the City Manager shall have authority to promulgate rules and regulations as may be reasonably necessary for such administration and enforcement.
