(a) Except for Section 1042.32, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues.

(b) Each person, corporation, partnership, association or legal entity found to be in violation of Section 1042.32 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation for noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 94-31. Passed 7-21-94.)
