Any person desiring water service through new lines shall make application to the Director of Service or his or her appointed agent for such service. The filing of such application constitutes an agreement by the applicant with the Municipality to abide by the rules and regulations pertaining to the use of the Municipal water system.
Any person desiring such service shall furnish all materials and labor for the installation of a water line from the Municipal water main to the building in question.
