In the event of a break in a main or service, pumping, reservoir or other waterworks equipment, and/or for the purpose of tapping, extending, repairing, replacing or cleaning mains, the water supply may be shut off without notice and no responsibility for any damage resulting from such action will or can be recognized by the Municipality.
