1026.02 VISUAL OBSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALKS AND STREETS.
   An owner of a tree, shrub, bush, other vegetation or debris, any part of which visually interferes with any part of a public sidewalk or street or the necessary vehicular sight distance at intersections so as to cause a safety hazard as determined by the City Engineer, shall trim or cause to be trimmed or removed such tree, shrub, brush, vegetation or debris so that it does not visually obstruct or hinder the free and safe use of such sidewalk or street.
