Such taxes under Section 888.01 shall be five dollars ($5.00) under the authority of ORC 4504.171 and an additional five dollars ($5.00) under the authority of 4504.172 and five dollars ($5.00) under the authority of 4504.173. Each and every motor vehicle in the district of registration of which, as defined in ORC 4503.10, is in the City of Springboro, and shall be in addition to the other rates specified herein, or in the Ohio Revised Code.
