This chapter shall not apply to an owner of any product of his or her own raising or to the manufacturer of any article manufactured by him or her, who by himself or herself, or by his or her agent, peddles or vends any such article or product, nor shall this chapter apply to any person who, by State or Federal law or Constitutional provision, has been exempted from obtaining such a license, to any sale under an order of court or at a bona fide auction or to any sale at wholesale to a retail dealer.
