850.03 COMPUTERIZED INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES TERMINAL CAFÉ LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall conduct or operate a Computerized Sweepstakes Terminal Café in the City without having first obtained a Sweepstakes Terminal Cafe license as provided in this Chapter.
