The provisions of this chapter govern the incidents of licensing of trades, businesses or professions in the Municipality to the extent that, but only to the extent that, such incidents are not otherwise regulated in subsequent chapters of this Title Two - Business Regulation - of this Part Eight - the Business Regulation and Taxation Code of these Codified Ordinances. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between any of the provisions of this chapter and a provision of such subsequent chapters, the latter shall control.
