678.09 ABATEMENT BY MUNICIPALITY.

If the owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of the land in violation of any of the provisions of this chapter fails to comply with the notice of abatement required by this chapter, the Manager or his or her designee shall cause such plants or weeds to be cut, or such litter to be removed, and may employ the necessary labor to perform the task.
